Uwaga Sekretariatu: Poniższe zmiany zostały przyjęte przez Grupę Roboczą jako poprawki. Jednakże, po przyjęciu raportu, przeprowadzono konsultacje z Sekcją Traktatów Biura Spraw Prawnych ONZ, która stwierdziła, iż większość proponowanych poprawek nie spełnia kryteriów korekty błędów lub braku zgodności z wersją oryginalną traktatu wielostronnego, zgodnie z Praktyką Sekretarza Generalnego jako depozytariusza traktatów wielostronnych, i powinny być traktowane jako zmiany. Skutkiem powyższego, Przewodniczący Grupy Roboczej poinformował Sekretariat, że Portugalia złoży propozycję zmian zgodnie z procedurą określoną w art. 14 ust. 3 Umowy europejskiej dotyczącej międzynarodowego przeowzu drogowego towarów niebezpiecznych (ADR).

Amendments to annexes A and B of European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), done at Geneva on 30 September 1957.
Note by the secretariat: The amendments below were adopted by the Working Party as corrections. However, following the adoption of the report, the Treaty Section of the United Nations Office of Legał Affairs has been consulted and has expressed the view that most of the proposed corrections did not meet the criteria for corrections of errors or of a lack of concordance in the original of a multilateral treaty, as set out in the Summary of practice of the Secretary-General as depositary of multilateral treaties, and should be treated as amendments. As a consequence, the Chairman of the Working Party has informed the secretariat that Portugal would submit a proposal of amendments in accordance with the procedurę ofArticle 14 (3) of the ADR.
