Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3363/91 of 19 November 1991 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2150/91 concerning the conditions under which a credit guarantee agreement, introducing a credit guarantee for exports of agricultural products and foodstuffs to the Soviet Union, shall be concluded with a pool of commercial banks.
