Vèbraité Vigita, Has COVID-19 pandemic transformed civil proceedings in Lithuania?

The COVID-19 pandemic has created significant challenges for the different spheres of life all over the world. Most of the countries introduced different kinds of lockdowns, some of them even introduced curfews. Consequently, businesses and activities of persons have been severely affected. Lithuania is no exception, and it has also been experiencing effects of coronavirus pandemic for almost two years already. The first quarantine was introduced in Lithuania from the 16^th of March 2020 till the 16^th of June 2020. The second quarantine was introduced from the 7^th of November 2020, with much more stricter rules from the 16^th of December till the 30^th of June 2021. From the 1^st of July 2021 national emergency status has been introduced and it has not been revoked as the article has been written.
