This Final Report contains Guidelines regarding written arrangements between members of resolution colleges envisaged in Regulation (EU) 2021/23 of the European Parliament and of the Council (CCPRRR) and in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2023/1192 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2021/23 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to technical standards specifying the content of the written arrangements and procedures for the functioning of the resolution colleges (the Resolution College Delegated Regulation).
