The issues related to national security is the subject of increasing interest in science representatives. Also in the field of constitutional law, there is a need for analysis of this important issue in the context of the current Constitution of the Republic of Poland . Issues connected with national security have been regulated at several levels. The first thing is to note that returned legislative authorities, as well as the executive authorities have competence in the field of national security.
