Augustyniak Monika, Personal relations between the commune authorities in Poland and France - in search of the normative pattern

Legal determinants of the commune community, both in the Polish and in the French legal system, involve the performance of the public duties by the commune, in its own name and on its own responsibility, the quality of the legal personality, granting the commune legally protected autonomy and defining the rules and procedures of supervision over the activities of the commune, based on illegality. The commune shall perform its duties through decision-making and executive bodies that manage the affairs of the local community, implementing the principle of decentralization and subsidiarity. Mutual relations between the commune authorities are formed based on the principle of cooperation between the commune authorities, therefore, establishing areas of cooperation between them is of crucial importance for the local community implementing public tasks, as close as possible to the resident of the commune.
