1.Introduction
Self-government election of 2018 is to come. As usual, it may be expected to stir up a lot of emotions. It is not only about who will be the great winner or loser, but it is also about in what style it will be carried out. Despite numerous opinions expressed before the beginning of an election campaign reminding of the statutorily identified rules of conducting it, many candidates and people cooperating with them often use informal rules of competition for power shaped by practice.
