Nowość § 1. - Wskaźnik bufora antycyklicznego

§ 1. Wskaźnik bufora antycyklicznego wynosi 1 % łącznej kwoty ekspozycji na ryzyko instytucji, które posiadają ekspozycje kredytowe na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, obliczonej zgodnie z art. 92 ust. 3 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 575/2013 z dnia 26 czerwca 2013 r. w sprawie wymogów ostrożnościowych dla instytucji kredytowych oraz zmieniającego rozporządzenie (UE) nr 648/2012 (Dz.
