Art.  821.  [Utrzymanie w mocy przepisów wykonawczych]

1. Dotychczasowe przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie art. 3 ust. 9, art. 3a ust. 3, art. 6 ust. 2, art. 11a ust. 4, art. 11b ust. 4, art. 11c ust. 4, art. 26 ust. 3, art. 29 ust. 8, art. 31b, art. 39 ust. 8, art. 43, art. 44a ust. 12, art. 45 ust. 4, art. 48 ust. 9, art. 49 ust. 3 i 4, art. 54 ust. 2 i 4, art. 54a ust. 5, art. 56 ust. 3, art. 56 ust. 9, art. 56b ust. 4, art. 59 ust. 6, art. 59a ust. 7, art. 60 ust. 9, art. 62, art. 64a ust. 10, art. 67 ust. 3a i 4, art. 68 ust. 1a, art. 70 ust. 6, art. 98h ust. 5, art. 76 ust. 14, art. 76a ust. 3, art. 83 ust. 3, art. 90a, art. 109 ust. 3, art. 111 ust. 2, art. 116 ust. 11, art. 133a ust. 4, art. 134a ust. 12, art. 136n, art. 174 ust. 3 i art. 178, art. 199f, art. 207 ust. 1, art. 208 ust. 5, art. 215 ust. 1, art. 219 ust. 8 oraz art. 223a ust. 7 ustawy uchylanej w art. 823 pkt 2 zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych odpowiednio na podstawie art. 15 ust. 6, art. 16 ust. 3, art. 27 ust. 2, art. 20 ust. 4, art. 21 ust. 4, art. 22 ust. 4, art. 62 ust. 8, art. 86, art. 55, art. 158 ust. 3, art. 68, art. 88 ust. 6, art. 155 ust. 5, art. 60 ust. 7, art. 75, art. 77 ust. 4, art. 78 ust. 7, art. 593 ust. 1, art. 593 ust. 4, art. 599 ust. 4, art. 134 ust. 3, art. 531 ust. 13, art. 533 ust. 5, art. 533 ust. 6, art. 531 ust. 13, art. 329 ust. 4 i 5 oraz art. 330 ust. 2, art. 331 ust. 9, art. 127 ust. 18, art. 140 ust. 19, art. 139, art. 151, art. 167, art. 532 ust. 8, art. 537 ust. 2, art. 541 ust. 13, art. 308 ust. 7, art. 309 ust. 11, art. 267, art. 602, art. 670, art. 626, art. 628 ust. 6, art. 636, art. 640 ust. 8 oraz art. 646 ust. 2 niniejszej ustawy, nie dłużej jednak niż przez 18 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy, oraz mogą być zmieniane na podstawie przepisów dotychczasowych.

2. Dotychczasowe przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie art. 176 ust. 6 i art. 177 ust. 3 ustawy uchylanej w art. 823 pkt 2 zachowują moc do dnia 31 grudnia 2022 r. oraz mogą być zmieniane na podstawie przepisów dotychczasowych.

3. Dotychczasowe przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie art. 11a ust. 5 oraz art. 12a ust. 3 ustawy uchylanej w art. 823 pkt 9 zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych odpowiednio na podstawie art. 46 ust. 6 i art. 48 ust. 4 niniejszej ustawy, nie dłużej jednak niż przez 18 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy, oraz mogą być zmieniane na podstawie przepisów dotychczasowych.

4. Dotychczasowe przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie art. 4 ust. 4, art. 7 ust. 7, art. 8 ust. 3, art. 14 ust. 5, art. 15 ust. 3 oraz art. 18 ust. 4 ustawy uchylanej w art. 823 pkt 13 zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych odpowiednio na podstawie art. 564, art. 566 ust. 7, art. 567 ust. 3, art. 576, art. 574 ust. 3 oraz art. 578 ust. 4 niniejszej ustawy, nie dłużej jednak niż przez 18 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy, oraz mogą być zmieniane na podstawie przepisów dotychczasowych.
