zmieniająca decyzję 2005/393/WE w odniesieniu do stref zamkniętych w związku z chorobą niebieskiego języka we Francji, w Niemczech, Austrii, Portugalii, Danii, Republice Czeskiej i Zjednoczonym Królestwie

KOMISJA WSPÓLNOT EUROPEJSKICH,

uwzględniając Traktat ustanawiający Wspólnotę Europejską,

uwzględniając dyrektywę Rady nr 2000/75/WE z dnia 20 listopada 2000 r. ustanawiającą przepisy szczególne dotyczące kontroli i zwalczania choroby niebieskiego języka⁽¹⁾, w szczególności jej art. 8 ust. 3,

a także mając na uwadze, co następuje:

(1) W dyrektywie Rady 2000/75/WE ustanowiono zasady kontroli i środki zwalczania choroby niebieskiego języka we Wspólnocie, w tym także strefy ochrony i nadzoru oraz zakaz opuszczania tych stref przez zwierzęta.

(2) W decyzji Komisji 2005/393/WE z dnia 23 maja 2005 r. w sprawie stref ochrony i nadzoru w odniesieniu do choroby niebieskiego języka i warunków dotyczących przemieszczeń z tych stref lub przez te strefy⁽²⁾ przewidziano wyznaczenie ogólnych obszarów geograficznych, w ramach których państwa członkowskie ustanawiają strefy ochrony i nadzoru ("strefy zamknięte") w związku z chorobą niebieskiego języka.

(3) W następstwie złożenia przez Francję i Niemcy uzasadnionego wniosku należy wprowadzić zmiany dotyczące wyznaczenia stref zamkniętych w tych państwach członkowskich w strefie F.

(4) W następstwie rozszerzenia strefy zamkniętej w Niemczech, spowodowanego wystąpieniem ognisk choroby niebieskiego języka serotyp 8, należy wyznaczyć strefę zamkniętą w Austrii oraz zmienić zasięg stref zamkniętych w Danii i w Republice Czeskiej w strefie F.

(5) W związku ze zgłoszeniem wystąpienia ognisk choroby niebieskiego języka serotyp 1 oraz złożeniem przez Portugalię uzasadnionego wniosku należy wprowadzić zmiany dotyczące wyznaczenia strefy zamkniętej E w załączniku I do decyzji 2005/393/WE oraz zmienić zasięg strefy I obejmującej serotypy 1 i 4.

(6) W związku ze zgłoszeniem wystąpienia ognisk choroby niebieskiego języka serotyp 8 w Zjednoczonym Królestwie, należy wyznaczyć strefę zamkniętą w tym państwie członkowskim w strefie F.

(7) Należy zatem odpowiednio zmienić decyzję 2005/393/WE.

(8) Środki przewidziane w niniejszej decyzji są zgodne z opinią Stałego Komitetu ds. Łańcucha Żywnościowego i Zdrowia Zwierząt,

PRZYJMUJE NINIEJSZĄ DECYZJĘ:

Artykuł  1

Załącznik I do decyzji 2005/393/WE zostaje zmieniony zgodnie z załącznikiem do niniejszej decyzji.

Artykuł  2

Niniejsza decyzja skierowana jest do państw członkowskich.
