Regulation (EEC) No 2617/75 of the Commission of 15 October 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on woven fabrics of silk or of waste silk other than noil falling within heading No 50.09, originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3048/74 of 2 December 1974 apply.
