Regulation (EEC) No 2382/75 of the Commission of 17 September 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on waste (including yarn waste and pulled or garnetted rags) of man-made fibres, falling within heading No 56.03, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3048/74 of 2 December 1974 apply.
