Regulation (EEC) No 2309/75 of the Commission of 9 September 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on women's, girls' and infants' under garments, other than of cotton, falling within heading No ex 61.04, originating in South Korea, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3048/74 of 2 December 1974 apply.
