Regulation (EEC) No 2143/74 of the Commission of 13 August 1974 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on handkerchiefs, of fabrics other than cotton, falling within subheading ex 61.05, originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3503/73 of 18 December 1973 apply.
