Regulation (EEC) No 2089/75 of the Commission of 8 August 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on refracting telescopes (monocular and binocular), prismatic or not, falling within heading No 90.05, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3053/74 of 2 December 1974 apply.
