Regulation (EEC) No 1258/75 of the Commission of 14 May 1975 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on under garments, of cotton fabric, falling within heading No ex 61.03, originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3046/74 of 2 December 1974 apply.
