Regulation (EEC) No 1049/73 of the Commission of 18 April 1973 re-establishing Common Customs Tariff duties on glass inners for vacuum flasks or for other vacuum vessels falling within heading No 70.12, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2762/72 of 19 December 1972 apply.
