OPINION OF THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COMMITTEE on the proposal for a Council Regulation (EEC) on a system of distribution of Rights of Transit (Ecopoints) for vehicles having a laden weight greater than 7,5 tonnes registered in a Member State transiting through the Republic of Austria.
