Opinion of the committee of the Regions on: the communication from the Commission related to the development of the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) as a trans-European Network, the proposal for a Council Decision on a series of guidelines for the development of ISDN as a trans-European network, and the proposal for a Council Decision adopting a multi-annual Community action concerning the development of ISDN as a trans-European network.
