Decision No 1/96 of the Association Council between the European Communities and their Member States of the one part, and the Republic of Poland, of the other part of 16 July 1996 adopting the implementing rules necessary for the application of Article 63(1)(i), (1)(ii) and (2) of the Europe Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Poland, of the other part, and the rules implementing Article 8(1)(i), (1)(ii) and (2) of Protocol 2 on ECSC products to that Agreement.
