Common Position (EC) No 40/2000 of 29 June 2000 adopted by the Council, acting in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 251 of the Treaty establishing the European Community, with a view to adopting a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Directive 93/42/EEC as regards medical devices incorporating stable derivatives of human blood or human plasma.
