Common Position (EC) No 15/2000 of 24 January 2000 adopted by the Council, acting in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 251 of the Treaty establishing the European Community, with a view to adopting a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for outdoor use.
