Commission Regulation (EEC) No 969/76 of 27 April 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on handkerchiefs of fabrics other than cotton, falling within heading No ex 61.05, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3002/75 of 17 November 1975 apply.
