Commission Regulation (EEC) No 728/81 of 20 March 1981 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on carpets, products of category 142 (code 1420), originating in developing countries, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3320/80 apply.
