Commission Regulation (EEC) No 681/76 of 26 March 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on locks and padlocks etc., of base metal falling within heading No 83.01, originating in Hong Kong to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply.
