Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3735/89 of 13 December 1989 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on men's or boys'woven overcoats, rain- and other coats, cloaks and capes, of wool, of cotton or man-made textile fibres (other than parkas of category 21), products of category 14 (order No 40.0140), originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 4259/88 apply.
