Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2889/79 of 20 December 1979 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on tubes and pipes, pipes and blanks therefor, of copper ; hollow bars of copper, falling within heading No 74.07 and originating in developing countries, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3156/78 apply.
