Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2032/78 of 25 August 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on cotton yarn, put up for retail sale, falling within heading No 55.06 and originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Regulation (EEC) No 1197/78 apply.
