Commission Regulation (EC) No 1876/98 of 1 September 1998 amending Regulation (EC) No 1119/98 decreasing to 56 190 tonnes the quantity of barley from harvests prior to 1997 held by the Finnish intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for export has been opened.
