ASSENT No 20/96 given by the Council, pursuant to Article 55 (2) (c) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to enable the Commission to grant financial aid of ECU 31 000 000 from the levies provided for in Article 50 of the said Treaty to 37 projects of technical coal research 1996.
