ASSENT No 1/96 given by the Council, acting unanimously pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 54 of the ECSC Treaty, to the granting of a global loan to the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro SpA to finance investments which contribute to facilitating the marketing of Community steel.
